About Our Event
South Dakota Safety Days is a community-focused event dedicated to promoting safety awareness and education across our region. It brings together first responders, families, and local organizations to emphasize the importance of preparedness, quick response, and community support during emergencies.
Hosted in partnership with Aurora County, this fundraising event directly supports local safety education programs and training initiatives. Proceeds from the event will go to Aurora County First Responders, helping ensure they have the resources, equipment, and training needed to protect and serve our communities. While led by Aurora County, we welcome participation from towns and counties across South Dakota to stand united in promoting safety and honoring those who keep us safe every day.
